Every second Tuesday, the turns up for a casual chat about some kid lit that might just stick with them, plus a craft thats bound to get messy and snacks to keep the hangries at bay. Think book talk that doesnt drag on forever, hands-on making that tests your patience with glitter, and enough munchies to bribe good behavior.

If youre in, grab a free copy of the months book at Mission Valley Library on a first come first served basis, but only if you promise to show up. Its aimed at readers aged 8 to 11, the sweet spot where they still believe crafts are magic but can mostly follow along.
