Get ready for a garden workshop at the Trudy Bronner Discovery Garden, where the plants probably appreciate the company. Jimbo's is supplying all the local, seasonal goodness for this session, so you know the ingredients are fresh enough to still have their passport photos taken. The star of the show will be a ginger lemonade so refreshing it might just convince you that summer lasts forever. And just to add a bit of panache, it will be topped with a cloud of edible tart cherry foam, all whipped up from Jimbo's organic treasures.

You do not need to sign up ahead of time; just wander in when you are ready to get your hands a little sticky.
