For over 10 years, Busy Bees Babysitting has been connecting Phoenix families in need of reliable childcare with a network of more than 2,000 vetted and experienced Bees (our babysitters!).

In July 2024, we expanded our operations to San Diego, providing parents with as-needed child care. Each Bee is interviewed in-person, background checked, and CPR certified!

This is a company founded on community and has grown with LOVE! We are sweetening the babysitting experience by connecting our families and Bees through an easy-to-use app that helps you book childcare in an instant. Whether you are looking for an evening out, consistent care for a few days each week, someone to assist with homework afterschool, childcare at a group event, help at a birthday party, or extra eyes on the water at a pool party, let our Hive BEE your village.
